Good Morning, Steve: A sincere thank you for another very pleasant weekend. Your Excalibur rallies are like wine they improve with age. "Colt 45" Hah! It is always a pleasure to visit your factory and talk to the many fine people you have working there. If my business were in Milwaukee, I would be tempted to pirate some of these people. I am very anxious to see and hear about the Series IV. Hopefully you will keep me advised. Again, thank you for a very pleasant weekend. Cordially, John Nasseff St. Paul, MN.
Dear Mr. Stevens: Just a brief note to advise you that we have received delivery of our Phaeton III in Mexico through the good auspices of Richard Lorden and Don Haese. Don has been most efficient and courteous in taking care of our car and we will continue to be in his good debt for this service. We are proud to own the car and trust we will have the opportunity to drive you around in it here in Mexico! Cordially, Bruce Grossman Mexico City, Mexico
Dear Dave and Steve: Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed the 15th Anniversary weekend. As usual, the food was excellent and there was more than enough to drink! But what really makes it always so great are the people that work at Excalibur. They not only do their jobs well, but they are always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel special. Keep up the good work and we can hardly wait until next year. Dr. Russ and Ruth Erhardt Milwaukee, WI

Dear Steve: Now that the pace is somewhat back to normal I'd like to take this op- portunity to express my appreciation for another job well done. The meet this year was fantastic and I'm sure it was due solely to the exhaustive effort put forth by you and your people. You can be well assured that it was greatly appreciated by all who attended even though they may not have expressed their gratitude personally. One thing impressed me most about the meet this year although it has oc curred in the past but I failed to really pay attention to it. Each one of the Excalibur people treats each Excalibur owner as though he/she is the only Excalibur owner. You, Nancy and Ray impressed me most of all. Your genuine concern about the car during a hectic period (Saturday morning) made me feel as though I was not just another customer. Nancy's memory is phenomenal. I haven't seen her in two years yet when I went to get my envelope with the tickets, etc. on Saturday she recognized me immediately and handed me my envelope without my mentioning who I was. Even though Ray was busy during the entire meet he still took time to answer questions and talk with many of the owners. I'm still geared up over this recent meet and am waiting impatiently for the next which I am sure will be better than the last one. (Please no more Colt 45 instructions). Darrel A. involved in the productions my congratulations. But there is also a "shadow-side" with the Excalibur: every time when I have to park the car for a short time downtown, I have enormous troubles to enter the car again because of the crowd surrounding and admiring the car. Sometimes I do not dare to step in because of the eclat. Then I join the crowd and say to myself what a beautiful toy. I remember the first day when I picked up the car from "Ktihne and Nagel" in Munich. I was driving along a street with four lanes. I used the middle lane because I went very slow. I was so busy with looking at and testing all the knobs, gauges and monitor-lights in front of me. Drivers of other cars were turning their heads towards my car. Then a BMW was about to overtake me. He accelerated and turned his head back in order to see the front part of the Excalibur. And then it happened: he hit the car in front of him that had stopped for a reason. You see how dangerous the Excalibur can be. The same day I had to leave for Cannes, France. The German/Austrian border, which causes normally no problem at all, took me 45 minutes because the guys of the customs wanted to see the car from all sides and the interior. They pretended to be very official. At 3 a.m. I passed the Italian/French border at Ventimiglia. Usually they sleep at that time and one can pass through without even stopping. I have never seen so many customs people within 3 minutes. They were not interested in the passports or in the girl who accompanied me, who was an extraordinary beauty. They wanted to know a lot of details that I was not able to tell, because I had not yet studied the driver's manual. In Cannes the same situation. People were taking photos of the car wherever I parked the beauty. Best regards, H. J. Gotzfried Munich Germany
