7TH ANNUAL EXCALIBUR
OWNERS' MEET

ome call it the most exclusive weekend party in the world ... and those in attendance I am sure agree. Excalibur owners arrived from all over the United States the weekend of August llth for the Seventh Annual Owners' Meet held at the Excalibur Automobile Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In a cemetery identifying who lies under the cracked urn...

And lunch on submarine sandwiches

The owners, their familes and friends were greeted by sunny Wisconsin skies as they arrived early Saturday morning to register. . .

In the beautiful parklike setting.
Later that evening, everyone returned to the factory for a cocktail party hosted by David and Steve Stevens.

On a children's playground counting the tires needed to build a modern day jungle gym...

and receive instructions for the rally. The 62 mile course took them through the scenic Kettle Moraine area just north of Milwaukee. What a sight to behold, more than 90 Series I, II and III Excaliburs motoring through the Wisconsin countryside. The rally course offered many challenging clues, and owners could be seen

or parked outside of one of Wisconsin's finest watering holes, while inside the navigators counted the number of different beers on tap. (It should be noted here that it took some rally participants a LOT longer to count than others!)

The rally ended at the Brooks Stevens Automotive Museum which proudly boasts one of the finest collections of antique and classic automobiles in the United States. While there, everyone had the opportunity to tour the museum . . .

With the sun setting on the most im- pressive assemblage of Excaliburs anywhere, the owners and their families had an opportunity to share an evening of socializing with fellow Excalibur affecionados and tour the manufacturing facility..

One of the highlights of the evening is the rally awards ceremony.

Clustered around the ruins of an old church . . .
