Good Morning, Person in Charge:
Please be advised that not having won anything in the previous two road rallies, I intend to exert twice the effort this year in winning a trophy. I am entering TWO cars this year.
The Series IV Phaeton_will be driven by myself, a driver of no lasting reputation or fame. But my Series III Roadster will be driven by my son, Arthur Nasseff, and his relief driver will be his fiance Sue. You may wish to advise the other participants in the rally that my son Arthur comes very well qualified to win this rally. He is very popular locally after having won every hot rod race in the state of Minnesota for the past two years. He won the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg rally for the past three years and presently he is the chief mechanic and trainer for Mario Andretti's racing crew.
